Job Summary
Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes while monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions across Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies, and Greeley Hospital. Collaborate with disciplines to coordinate transfers, discharges, and referrals; educate patients and families on age-appropriate needs; and delegate care to ancillary personnel, including precepting student nurses and new hires. Exercise critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision, adhering to Standard Precautions. Requires CO RN license, one year experience, and valid BLS certification. Full-time nights shift with 72-hour pay periods and travel stipends.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work nights
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
