Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity specialty Acute Care units, including the Cardiothoracic Progressive/Tele Unit. Utilize the nursing process to deliver evidence-based care while prioritizing patient wellness and safety. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to a multidisciplinary team approach for exceptional outcomes. Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start. This full-time night shift role offers 13-week assignments with a base pay of $50/hour plus travel stipend for local candidates within 75 miles.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
