Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in the Acute Burn Unit, prioritizing a patient perspective and evidence-based practice. Utilize the nursing process to deliver specialty acute care for moderate to high acuity patients within a multidisciplinary team approach. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff while contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Work a full-time 72-hour schedule with day and night rotations in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- CO RN license or eNLC privileges
- 1-year experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
