Job Summary
Connect with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and spending plans while researching destinations, resorts, cruise lines, hotels, and travel packages. Recommend options that best fit each client's needs and coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, excursions, and activities. Educate clients on promotions, travel protection, and enhancements while communicating professionally through phone, email, and virtual appointments. Partner with suppliers to secure bookings and review confirmations for accuracy. Maintain organized client records and stay informed on industry trends. This role supports the booking process from start to finish for destination weddings, honeymoons, and luxury getaways in a fully remote environment with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Interest in travel, hospitality, sales, customer service, tourism, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
