Job Summary
Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers by building displays, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. This traveling position requires regular travel as a primary duty, involving various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time with overnight hotel stays. Candidates must be comfortable interacting with customers and management, perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, and demonstrate a safety-first mentality in a retail environment. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs
- Have reliable transportation to and from work location
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
- Interested in traveling within and outside of your home state, with overnight hotel stays
- Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
