Job Summary
Organize and execute promotional activities and brand activations across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the UK, coordinating with Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Sales teams to drive permanent visibility and meet sell-in/sell-out targets. Manage brand ambassadors, including recruitment, training, and performance tracking, while optimizing shelf layouts, assortment, and stock control in collaboration with shop managers and the Avolta team. Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions, ensuring budgeted sales targets are achieved through proactive team motivation and distribution expansion.
Required Qualifications
- Experience of min. 5 years in Sales field role, and/or trade marketing
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Willingness to travel 30% of time within Europe
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PPT, Word, Excel)
