Job Summary
Conduct advanced respiratory care for patients with complex pulmonary disorders and critical illnesses, including intensive care and emergency settings. Independently assess, treat, and manage patients using diagnostic tests like lung capacity measurements and administer therapies such as chest physiotherapy and aerosol medications. Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans, monitor equipment to ensure correct oxygen delivery, and record patient status. Educate patients and families on medication use and equipment operation. Requires one year of recent RRT experience, NBRC credential, and valid Arizona license. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC
- Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

- Ability to follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
