Job Summary
Deliver respiratory interventions and support for patients with acute respiratory problems while managing routine care for chronic disorders. Administer aerosol medications and oxygen therapy, perform diagnostics tests, and monitor equipment to ensure correct delivery rates. Assist in adjusting treatment plans under physician guidance, observe patient progress, and educate families on medication usage and device operation. Maintain accurate records and coordinate effectively with diverse personnel across the clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as a Certified Respiratory Therapist
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential from the NBRC
- Valid respiratory therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
