Job Summary
Travel RN in the PCU at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital (Longmont, CO), onsite with a PRN schedule. Direct patient care in a technically complex Progressive Care Unit, applying the nursing process, and contributing to safety and quality at the point of care. Role includes precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth, with clinical education and ongoing professional development opportunities. The unit emphasizes AACN's Synergy Model and specialty standards within evidence-based care, under supervision of clinical educators. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program
