Job Summary
Travel OR Nurse responsible for pre-, intra-, and post-operative patient care, educating the patient, circulating nurse and/or scrub nurse roles, and potentially RN first assistant or operating room director. Requires 1+ year OR experience and California nursing license (or willingness to obtain). Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS. Travel assignment nationwide as a full-time position with employer-provided benefits (insurance, 401K, EAP, etc.). Addressed duties include supporting the operating room team and providing patient education before and after surgery.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of OR experience
- California State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one
- BLS
- ACLS
