Job Summary
Travel RN Home Health: Provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes, coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote health, prevent disease, and help manage chronic conditions. Weekly pay is scaled based on estimated hourly wages and location-based stipends. Requires CA license or willingness to obtain and BLS certification; travel assignments across the country with group benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and a 401K. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality home health care, ensuring patient safety, and supporting patients and families in managing health needs during home visits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH
- California State Healthcare Provider license or willing to obtain one
- Certifications Needed: BLS
