Job Summary
The Home Health Travel Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to promote health, prevent disease, and help patients manage chronic conditions. Duties include delivering in-home nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes. 1 year of HOME HEALTH experience and a Virginia license or willingness to obtain one are required; BLS certification may be needed. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH
