Job Summary
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health position with OneStaff. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions. Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and patient safety. Travel assignments nationwide with location listed as Eureka, CA. Requires at least 1 year of HOME HEALTH experience, and California license or ability to obtain it; BLS certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of current work experience providing in HOME HEALTH
