Job Summary
The Home Health Nurse provides skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing disease, and helping patients manage chronic conditions. This role coordinates care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and patient safety. Candidate must have or be willing to obtain a Virginia nursing license, typically possess BLS certification, and have at least 1 year of Home Health experience. Travel assignments are available nationwide with compensation scaling based on location and qualifications.
Required Qualifications

- Virginia State Healthcare Provider license or willingness to obtain one
