Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health Care sought for local or travel contract assignments; 13-week blocks, 40-hour weeks, day shifts. Must have 2 years of home health care and case management experience within the past 3 years, BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross), active Massachusetts RN license, and a valid driver’s license. Opportunity to work with diverse healthcare clients across facilities such as major medical centers, community hospitals, outpatient clinics, sub-acute care and rehab hospitals, long-term care, and more. Required Qualifications
- 2 years HHC experience in Home Health Care
- Case Management experience in past 3 years
- Active Massachusetts RN license
