Responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, administering medications and intravenous therapies, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans, monitoring equipment, educating patients and families about treatments and recovery, responding to emergencies using established nursing protocols, and maintaining accurate records in accordance with healthcare regulations and facility standards. The role requires adaptability to different hospital and clinical environments and strong communication and teamwork skills.
