Job Summary
Treat patients in emergency situations involving trauma or injury in hospital emergency rooms, ambulances, helicopters, urgent care centers, or sports arenas. Quickly recognize life-threatening problems and assist with conditions ranging from sore throats to heart attacks for patients of all ages and backgrounds. Requires a minimum of one year of current ER experience and a New York State Healthcare Provider license. Certifications such as STABLE, BLS, ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required. Weekly compensation scales based on estimated hourly wages and location-specific stipends. Required Qualifications
