Travel Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (M/S)

Conduct Medical/Surgical telemetry nursing on a 36-hour week consisting of three 12-hour night shifts. Provide direct patient care in Winston-Salem, NC, while maintaining an active North Carolina or Compact RN license. Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Manage patient assessments using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and ensure all patients have a current driver's license. Serve patients across major medical centers, community hospitals, outpatient clinics, sub-acute care, rehab facilities, and correctional or long-term care settings.
