Job Summary
Educate patients on imaging procedures and prepare advanced radiologic equipment to capture diagnostic images per physician orders. Maintain and sterilize work areas, evaluate image quality for accuracy, and document all technical details in patient records. Troubleshoot imaging equipment malfunctions, ensure compliance with infection control and radiation safety protocols, and collaborate with healthcare teams to present preliminary findings. Requires one year of experience, current state license, BLS certification, and ARRT certification. 13-week travel assignment in Hartford, Wisconsin with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and 24/7 recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist
- Current Radiologic Technologist/ Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)
- Must be able to push
- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary)
- Must be able to present a positive attitude and professionalism
