Job Summary
The Radiologic Technologist performs advanced imaging procedures using radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images that aid physicians in diagnosing and treating medical conditions. They educate patients about imaging procedures, prepare and operate radiologic equipment, maintain and sterilize the procedure room, evaluate images and share findings with the health care team, and ensure equipment functionality and safety per hospital protocols. This travel assignment is a 13-week position based in Indianapolis/Carmel, IN, with competitive pay and benefits; travel-friendly responsibilities include patient education, image acquisition, equipment maintenance, documentation in patient records, and collaboration with clinical staff.
Required Qualifications
- One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist
- Current Radiologic Technologist/ Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Preferred Qualifications: Current ARRT Certification
