Job Summary
Conduct advanced imaging procedures using radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images according to physician orders. Prepare and operate equipment, maintain and sterilize the procedure room, and evaluate images for quality before presenting findings to the healthcare team. Educate patients about imaging procedures, document all technical details accurately in patient records, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions as needed. Adhere to hospital safety rules, infection control, and radiation safety protocols while working under pressure with irregular schedules. Requires one year of experience, current state license, and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- One year's experience as Radiologic Technologist
- Current Radiologic Technologist/ Radiography license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
