Job Summary
Position patients for radiation therapy with precision, administer prescribed doses to targeted areas, and operate advanced equipment according to safety protocols. Perform regular equipment checks, review prescriptions and patient charts to confirm treatment plan compliance, and maintain accurate records of dosages and settings. Conduct independent treatment sessions while observing and reassuring patients, reporting any unusual reactions to the physician. Adhere strictly to radiation protection principles to ensure safety for patients and staff. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- One year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification
- Other certifications and licenses

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
