Job Summary
Position patients for radiation treatment with precision, administer prescribed doses using advanced equipment, and perform regular equipment checks to ensure functionality. Review prescriptions and patient charts to confirm accuracy, follow radiation protection principles for patient and staff safety, and maintain detailed records of dosages and settings. Conduct independent treatment sessions under physician direction, enter data into computer systems, and observe patients to report any unusual reactions. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
- One year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist
- Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ARRT Certification
- Other certifications and licenses

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
