Travel Product Operations Associate

Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, verification, and management of supplier details, including hotel markup, commissions, room data, and fees. Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into the UJV database while managing content updates for itineraries and terms. Collaborate with sales agents to resolve booking discrepancies and troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal departments. Conduct quality assurance checks to verify data accuracy and perform additional tasks assigned to improve processes. This role requires 1–2 years of experience in hotel product setup or inventory management, proficiency in XML/API troubleshooting, and full professional fluency in English. Candidates located outside the United States will be engaged under an independent contractor agreement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management
- Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for business emails and hotel partner communication
- Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and Google Workspace
- High level of independence
- Strong multitasking abilities

Desired Qualifications
