Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) role in a 13-week travel assignment in Marion, IN. Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA implements treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance functional independence. Responsibilities include guiding patients through prescribed exercises, assisting with activities and transfers, documenting progress, educating patients on home exercise programs, collaborating with the healthcare team, maintaining a safe clinical environment, and supporting discharge planning. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (preferred)
