Job Summary
Conduct acute and inpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments for adult ortho/neuro patients at Lafayette hospitals. Manage patient care using Vector, Bioness L300, H200, and Erigo equipment while documenting progress in Epic. Float between acute care and rehab units as needed, maintaining a 50-mile radius and adhering to a 1-year work history requirement. Maintain an outgoing, team-oriented presence to build relationships quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience
- PTA(Compact Accepted)
- BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
- IN License
- SSN Required
- DOB Required
- Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last year
- References: 1 Reference in entire work history
- Must have the ability to see adult ortho/neuro inpatients for evaluation and treatment
- Must be able to float between acute care and rehab unit
