Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver geriatric care in a skilled physical therapy assistant role. Manage caseloads for patients with varied needs while maintaining flexibility to meet dynamic clinical demands. Requires an active PTA-CT license, BLS certification, and SNF experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
