Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Marysville, CA. Provides direct patient care, develops a plan of care, delivers skilled physical therapy services per physician orders, documents patient status, educates patients and families, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team.
