Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week SNF assignment in Woburn, MA. Provide evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document assessments and treatments, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Communicate effectively with patients and families about rehabilitation and home exercise programs. Must hold an accredited PT degree (DPT preferred) and MA PT license; BLS may be required. 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts; travel contract with relocation assistance and housing options available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification may be required
- Experience in SNF/LTC settings preferred; new grads with SNF experience may be considered
