Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position at Jackson Therapy Partners in Georgetown, SC for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility assignment. 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Requires PT degree (ACCEPTED at the bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral level), SC PT license (or eligibility), and BLS. Travel assignments may float to other facilities within the region. Focus on adult rehabilitation, post-operative care, stroke, and medically complex elder populations; must be proficient with documentation systems/EMR and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA

- Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in adult rehabilitation, outpatient, or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Experience with documentation systems and electronic medical records
- Ability to communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families
