Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. Provide therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, monitor progress, and modify plans as needed. Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs while documenting care in the NextGen electronic medical record. This 13-week day shift assignment in McHenry, Illinois, includes 40 hours weekly (typically 5x8-hour shifts) with an estimated pay package of $2,500 per week. Candidates require an active Illinois Physical Therapist License, with BLS certification and at least one year of experience preferred.
