Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) evaluates and treats patients with physical impairments across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings; develops personalized rehabilitation programs using exercise and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain; collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other professionals; prepares and documents evaluations, plans, and outcomes; supports patient education on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and safety; requires state-appropriate PT licensure and BLS certification; travel 13-week assignment in Crestview, FL with comprehensive benefits and reimbursement for licensure/CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
