Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Georgetown, IN. The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. They develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings, implement PT treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy, operate and maintain PT equipment, document evaluations and outcomes, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, and educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and commitment to high-quality patient care are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
