Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist on a 13-week travel assignment at a Crystal Falls, MI facility. Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain, developing personalized rehab plans, delivering evidence-based therapies, operating PT equipment safely, documenting outcomes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating patients/caregivers on home exercise and injury prevention. Requires strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and commitment to safe, high-quality patient care. Uses standardized tests and patient history to identify needs, monitors progress, adjusts plans, and participates in discharge planning and QA activities. Travel-specific role with eligibility for licensure reimbursement and CEU support.
