Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Travel Physical Therapist (PT) needed for a 13-week assignment at a facility in Burke, VA. The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Responsibilities include developing personalized rehabilitation programs, implementing PT treatment plans with various techniques, coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, educating patients and caregivers, ensuring a safe treatment environment, and participating in discharge planning and quality improvement activities. Strong clinical skills, communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to high-quality, safe patient care are required; Doctorate in physical therapy is preferred and eligibility for licensure and current BLS are required.
