Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Westfield, MA. The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings. Develops personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation programs using exercise and manual therapy, collaborates with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other healthcare professionals, documents evaluations and outcomes, and educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
