Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Lafayette, Indiana. The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients to improve mobility and reduce pain in hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs, implement therapy plans using exercise and manual techniques, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure coordinated care and smooth transitions. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
