Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position for a 13-week assignment in Glendive, MT. The PT evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develops personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals; implements treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy; operates physical therapy equipment safely; documents evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record; collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care; educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe body mechanics; maintains infection control and safety standards; engages in quality assurance and professional development activities; participates in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home-based settings; performs other duties within scope of practice.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
