Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Tuckerton, NJ. Responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop personalized rehabilitation programs, implement PT treatment plans, operate and maintain PT equipment, document evaluations and outcomes, collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention, and contribute to discharge planning and ongoing patient care in hospitals, clinics, or rehabilitation centers. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, critical thinking, and a commitment to safe, high‐quality patient care are required. Preferred qualifications include Doctorate in Physical Therapy and additional certifications or licenses as applicable.
