Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Works in hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers; develops personalized, evidence-based treatment plans using exercise and manual therapy; collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care; educates patients on home exercise programs and self-management; maintains safe clinical environments and contributes to discharge planning. Requires clinical expertise, strong communication, critical thinking, and commitment to high-quality, safe patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
