Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals using exercise and manual therapy. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care; educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, body mechanics, and self-management strategies. Maintain safe treatment environments with infection control and regulatory compliance; document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes; participate in discharge planning to support transitions to community or home-based settings.
