Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Aspen Park, CO. Responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical impairments; developing personalized rehabilitation programs using exercise and manual therapy; implementing PT treatment plans; documenting evaluations and outcomes; collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other professionals; educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention; maintaining safe infection control and quality assurance; and participating in discharge planning. Requires active PT license and current BLS certification; Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; travel role with benefits and licensure reimbursement offered.
Required Qualifications
