Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) needed for a 13-week assignment in Fond du Lac, WI. The Physical Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients with impairments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Develops personalized rehabilitation programs, implements therapy plans using various techniques, and documents outcomes. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and ensures a safe, compliant treatment environment. Requires licensure, BLS, and strong clinical and communication skills; Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Travel, hospital/clinic/rehab settings, evidence-based practice, manual therapy, patient education, and multidisciplinary collaboration are key elements of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred)
