Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) provides evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with physical impairments to improve mobility and reduce pain across hospital, clinic, and rehabilitation settings. The role develops and implements personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation plans using exercise and manual therapy, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and prepares patients for discharge with home exercise instructions. Requires active PT license, BLS, and strong clinical skills, communication, and safety adherence. 26-week travel assignment located in Logansport, Indiana.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
