Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist (PT) needed for a 13-week assignment in a hospital/clinic/rehabilitation setting. The PT evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life using evidence-based treatment plans, exercise, and manual therapy. Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapists; educates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management; maintains documentation in medical records; supports discharge planning and transitions to community or home-based settings. Requires a valid PT license and BLS certification. Preferred: Doctorate degree in physical therapy; new grads welcome; additional certifications or licenses may be required for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
