Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in an outpatient Long Term Care setting in Chelmsford, MA. Provide patient care and rehabilitation support while maintaining an active Massachusetts license. Work 40 hours per week across 8-hour day shifts for a 13-week assignment starting July 2, 2026. This full-time travel contract role offers weekly pay, major medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one. Ardor Health Solutions provides license reimbursement, CE assistance, and a dedicated 24/7 emergency support line.
Required Qualifications
- Active MA. OUT PATIENT license
- 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
