Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Chelmsford, MA. Deliver therapeutic interventions to patients within the LTC/SNF environment while adhering to facility protocols and clinical standards. Maintain active Massachusetts licensure and demonstrate at least two years of physical therapy experience throughout the 13-week assignment. Work eight-hour day shifts for 40 hours per week, with a start date of June 29, 2026, and an end date of September 26, 2026.
