Job Summary
Contract length: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Responsibilities include educating patients and caregivers on exercises, safety strategies, and home programs; performing reassessments and updating the plan of care based on patient response; providing equipment-use education; and documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record.
