Job Summary
Contract travel Physical Therapist position in San Francisco, CA for 13 weeks. 40-hour weeks, 8-hour shifts. Evaluate functional status and develop a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs; collaborate with the care team to coordinate therapy plans and discharge recommendations; document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record; support safe mobility and use standardized safety practices during sessions. Housing stipends, travel assistance, and benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match) are provided; overtime pay at 2x hourly rate; weekly pay. Start date ASAP.
