Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for a 20-week contract in Saint Petersburg, FL. Responsible for evaluating functional status, developing a treatment plan aligned with clinician goals and patient needs, and documenting evaluations, treatments, and outcomes in the medical record. Work 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts. Communicate functional changes and barriers to the care team to support care planning.
